Calling All Chocolate Lovers

This recipe is not only delicious but super healthy! You can indulge in the chocolate you love without the guilt!

Now when I lay out the ingredients your gonna be like WHAT! But girl, trust me, make it try it and then tag me on IG…promise it’s good!

Recipe..

  • 2 Avocado creates a creamy base that offers up a serving of anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids along with so many vitamins and minerals including magnesium, B-6 and folate. Natures butter at its finest.
  • 4 tbsp Caco Powder gives it a rich chocolate flavor along with a strong punch of antioxidants.
  • 1 tbso or more Coconut Oil…add this in sparingly to get the consistency you want, whether it’s more of a pudding or a frosting your looking to achieve.
  • Pure Maple Syrup, honey or monk fruit, agave  acts as a natural sweetener. Add this in a little at a time to achieve the level of sweetness you’re looking for!
  • Vanilla Extract enhances the flavor even more. Just a small dash.

Blend the avocado up to make it super creamy and then add in the rest of the ingredients and keep blending until smooth. After refrigerate for at least 45 minutes and then enjoy!! I love to spread it on a rice cake, use as a dip for fruit or just eat it right out of the bowl!
